| Especially effective cooling of power semiconductors is achieved by means of Curamik DBC water coolers; this is due to the direct contact in these coolers between bare power chips and the water-cooled base plate. |

Non-integrated copper coolers as an economically priced option (individual DBC substrates pre-assembled with power chips are soldered to the cooler) |
