The managing partners of Electrovac Fabrikation elektrotechnischer Spezialartikel GmbH headquartered in Klosterneuburg, Austria have decided to convert the company into a joint stock corporation in order to provide an adequate legal framework under trade law considering Electrovac’s worldwide activities, the volumes achieved and Group’s new growth strategy. Capital and reserves of Electrovac AG, Klosterneuburg, are about EUR 20 million.
