Precision is our strength! Since 1993, electrovac components has been synonymous with premium quality. We realize customer concepts with the highest quality standards.
Our specialty is the production of metallic products: turned and milled parts, formed parts, sensor components, contact and molded pins, as well as stamped and bent parts.
Portfolio
Our portfolio includes:
- the production of classic stamped parts and stamped-bent parts on BRUDERER stamping machines
- the manufacturing of assemblies on servo-controlled Bihler stamping and bending machines
- the production of high-precision turned and milled parts in the micro range
Our particular strengths lie in processing difficult-to-machine materials such as precious metals (gold, silver, and precious metal alloys), titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, and high-alloy stainless steels.
Surface Technology
In the field of surface technology, electrovac components has earned an excellent reputation through many years of experience and an extensive machine park, particularly in post-processing. This includes processes such as vibratory finishing, micro-blasting, and surface polishing.
Thanks to a reliable supplier network built up over many years, we can offer our customers a comprehensive complete package for surface treatment. We supply components with all common surface processes, including reel-to-reel plating, barrel plating, as well as individual and rack plating. Our broad experience includes gold plating, nickel plating, tin plating, chrome plating, hardening, passivation, anodizing, and many other processes.

Surface Technology
From deburring to gentle polishing: With our modern equipment, we achieve the highest surface quality—even in hard-to-reach areas of your workpieces.
Plastic-to-Metal-Seals (PTMS)
We develop and manufacture high-quality metal components for Plastic-to-Metal-Seals, where metallic functional elements are permanently and hermetically integrated into plastic.
Ceramic-to-Metal-Seals (CTMS)
We develop and manufacture metal components for Ceramic-to-Metal-Seals. These are hermetically sealed connections between ceramic materials and metal components.
