Machining Technician
… produce precision components using machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, or grinding. They generally use CNC machine tools for this purpose. They program, set up, and monitor the production process and perform quality controls.
Duration of apprenticeship: 3.5 years
Tool Mechanic
… manufacture punching tools, casting and injection molds, fixtures for industrial series production and mechanical engineering, as well as precision mechanical instruments. For production, they mostly use CNC-controlled machine tools, which they also program themselves.
Duration of apprenticeship: 3.5 years
Machine and Plant Operator
… play a crucial role in our production of the smallest metal components made from special alloys using a wide variety of manufacturing processes such as forming, punching, or machining.
Duration of apprenticeship: 2.5 years
